Founded in 2007 by Kamil Haytac, Florida Sealcoat & Striping has always had family at its core. His two sons Preston and Bryce both worked in the company through highschool and college. Preston now holds the license for the company and runs the day to day operations alongside Kamil.

Relationships
Many of our customers are repeats, with some having contracted us 10 or more times over there years. We pride ourselves on cultivating a customer base that never questions who their first choice is for their properties.
Experience
Our founder, Kamil started his construction journey in SWFL in the 80’s as an inspector. Since then he has owned a concrete pumping business and now Florida Sealcoat & Striping. Preston has worked in construction all of his life, including as a foreman for an underground utilities company and a superintendent for one of the country's largest General Contractors before getting his CBC License and returning to run Florida Sealcoat & Striping.
Accountability
We stand by our work and will never leave a customer “high and dry”. In the rare case there is a mistake, we fix it & we routinely go above and beyond for our customers.
